I recently bought new CRV HYBRID from HONDA CROWN. My experience was too good because the CSR KAUSAL was too amiable , understanding and helped me a lot through out the process.

They quoted us $50 more per month compared to other dealerships while claiming their prices were the same. They also try to push as many unnecessary add-ons as possible, some of which are already covered by the warranty! There's no legitimate reason to offer these add-ons. We purchased our first car here six years ago, but the quality has significantly declined since then. Their service department is even worse. Their service advisors know absolutely nothing about cars yet somehow they’re working there. During the first few services, they continuously pressured us with overpriced "deals" on winter tires, tire storage, and brake services. They’ll even charge you diagnostic fees for the smallest thing. It's a huge rip off. Save yourself the trouble and don’t step a foot here. They’ll rip you off before you know it. UPDATE: I contacted the dealership again and to no surprise they did nothing to address our issues. Keep scamming people, way to go.

Huge shout outs to Vladyslav and team from Winnipeg Honda. I had an amazing experience there, and I can highly recommend this dealership for anybody who’s looking for a new vehicle. Everything went smooth and quick, and I got a nice deal for my trade-in. They are way above the competition!
