I bought a pre owned car from SMP. My experience with them was a good one, they where helpful and patient with me. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and I feel good about the deal I got for the car.

Thanks Eben for all your patience while you found me all the perks that I wanted in my new Equinox. Not only did you find me what I wanted in the Colour I wanted but it came with many more options. Great Job.

Awesome all around. A few too many steps involved and people to meet and greet. We bought one car but probably talked to 7 people in the process who all had a different title and a different job to do in completing the sale. However,, we got a great deal and were very happy with the service. Thank you.

I purchased my vehicle from SMP in April after I had danced around which vehicle and where I should buy it from. After narrowing it down I had figured out what car I wanted and where I was getting it from (which wasn't SMP...) Dean in finance and Greg in sales went above and beyond the call of duty because they didn't have the vehicle I wanted to buy.. so they found one for me, brought it in, matched the price from the other dealer, threw in some free gas and the car they found had more options then the one I was about to purchase. They were the ones to contact me to tell me about finding me my vehicle, after I had already decided else where. It was nice to find out they were looking on how to accomodate me. I am happy I bought a brand new car and look forward to taking back for its scheduled maintenance as well as the comfort of the warranty as well. I recommend shopping at SMP, I will refer to all my friends and family. After purchasing my vehicle and telling my story I found out from a lot of other people that they wouldn't shop anywhere else than SMP.

I have had the privilege/pain or buying cars in many different countries and the service I received from Jami (and the rest of the team from the receptionist, to Kelly etc etc etc) was out of this world. The service was so good that bought 2 vehicles.
