Jason Ball and Deninis in the finance office were exceptional! Friendly, asking questions relative to the vehicle fit for us and going out of their way to assist us with a smooth purchase process. Jason was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and provided opportunity for us to ask questions which he answered to our satisfaction.. Great experience with the great staff at Palladino Honda!

Went in to get my air conditioning and parking brake checked. From the beginning, it was apparent that it was not going to be easy to get the work done. The air conditioning was dealt with quickly. Dan told me what was wrong and said they would send it out to Honda and see if they would approve the work (which they did). I was okay with letting Honda decide. The parking brake was another issue. I had gone in three times already to get it fixed. The first time, the mechanics said it was because my brakes and rotors were done (I changed them myself shortly after). That did not resolve the problem. The second time, the lines were changed. Again, that did not resolve the problem. This was the third time. This time, the mechanics said it was because they weren't Honda brakes and rotors and that they would not do the work. Furthermore, the mechanic would only assess the parking brake problem with the tire on. I had to discuss at length for him to take it off. When they finally decided to remove the tire to see what the problem was, it was decided that it was a calliper. Finally, after talking extensively with Dan, it was decided that the problem would be sent to Honda and we would see if they approved the work (which once again they did). I understand that everyone was doing their job and I'm sure I was not the easiest to deal with, but the parking brake issue was annoying to say the least. I appreciate Dan's effort and patience. I also appreciate the great vehicle that I own. I just wish that it wasn't such a hassle to get warranty work done. Thanks again.
