I came in for an early morning appointment that was supposed to be very quick so I was told I could wait for the work to be done. I waited an hour only to be told that they forgot to order the part in. They apologized and I was told that I would receive a call to re-schedule the appointment. It's been 4 days and I have yet to receive a call.

Engine Coolant Repair

Dan Strong's customer service was excellent; very helpful. The technicians have completed the repair to engine coolant, however now my heated seats, traction control, and Emergency Hazards lights are not working.

The oil change and regular maintenance was handled in a courteous and efficient manner. My appointment was booked and my vehicle was serviced while I waited and had a coffee. A very pleasant experience.

Cody is excellent to work with. He goes above and beyond any car salesman I have ever met. Knowing Cody is working with me to help pick the car I choose makes me feel comfortable. I will definitely always return to Palladino Honda knowing that Cody is around.
