Kara was very friendly and helpful. She provided me with ample information and indicated only the services that I needed at that time. I wish other staff were like her.

I was in recently for removal of winter tires and to get an alignment. Kara was very pleasant and professional as usual. I have been a loyal customer for several years and have nothing but positive things to say about Palladino Honda. The staff and service are fantastic.

General service and tires changed. Was completed earlier than anticipated and done well. You really need to do something about the parking there!

Tire change/balance/alignment storage. Shuttle service was prompt and greatly appreciated. Car was ready when promised, but when I tried to leave, my car was boxed in by a demo and it took staff 15min to find the keys. You need more parking, but I guess you already know that! :)

I am a repeat Palladino Honda Customer and plan to continue for years to come. I must commend the staff of in each department (service, new car sales, used car sales, and finance department.) I have never dealt with a staff member that hasn't been pleasant, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I love my honda civic and i enjoy visiting the dealership.

I have now purchased two cars with the help of Elis. He is friendly, efficient, and lovely to deal with. He takes the time to explain all of the features of the car, and gave me a detailed description of how to work with Siri. He is super helpful.

Both lights were on when dropped off at service dept. Was told it was not flagging anything besides a loose cap. Charged $100 with no solution. Although my mechanic had diagnosed (2 days prior) with a warranty covered problem. Lights still coming on consistently and no solution offered.
