Great buying experience

I shopped around Sudbury and area for a vehicle for a while and also have purchased vehicles from other dealerships in Sudbury. Hands down Palladino Honda had the most friendly on the ball stuff. My needs as a buyer were meet at all times. Could not have asked for a better buying experience. LOVE! My new Honda!

From the moment we met Rob Rouleau we new it was going to be a friendly no pressure experience. He asked if he could help us and we advised him that we were just looking. He advised that if we needed any help, just let him know. It was only a few minutes later we approached him and started to ask for information. There was no hesitation on his part. From that point on he bent over backwards to give us all the information we needed to make the decision to purchase a new 2016 Honda Accord and returned to North Bay as very happy customers.

She looked up information on an accessory I was interested in, helped me search for a missing ipod I had lost, and help me process my service visit quickly and efficiently when I was running late for another appointment.
