Ellis was great and respectful while searching for a new vehicle. We finally decided on a 2016 Honda Pilot Touring and what a wonderful choice! We recently went back for a follow-up with a scratch issue and Ellis went out of his way to ensure we got in ASAP to get it fixed. Seeing we are from out of town we were very grateful. We purchased a new Honda HR-V which we had to order because of color and options package. Matt's timeframe for its arrival was accurate, even before the 4 weeks indicated. He kept in touch with us to give us updates and was very helpful when the car arrived.

We had initially come in to look at a particular used SUV and asked for Jayson as my husband had dealt with him before. Jayson was helpful and respectful of our time as we had brought our baby with us. In the end we traded in my Civic and purchased a different vehicle, a CRV along with an extended warranty, and we are very happy with our new vehicle.
