Pressured us into a service we didn't need, then didn't do it properly, requiring another appointment. Did not adhere, even remotely to the timeline given. Did not tell us we'd be charged an hour labour to install a part that takes about 15 minutes to install. They were also supposed to address a warranty transmission issue but didn't have required materials.. even though we had an appointment. Recently finished a lease and bought a new truck. We continued to be charged for the lease and are still chasing a refund for a charge that never should have happened. If you like the run around, come here!

Unfortunately until we were able to diagnose your warranty issue we would not know which parts to have on hand for your repair. Had to get out of a shady lease agreement with Ford that put myself in a difficult position. Luckily the salesman Alex at Georgian made it very easy for me to get into a new vehicle. He was professional and passionate about his line of work. Its nice to work with people that take the time to care about the customers needs. I couldn't be happier with my new Chevrolet. Ridiculous customer service at this specific location. I have spent over $3500 here since I started going to this location. Nothing they have done so far is still good, I spent $600 not even two months ago to replace coolant jug and it’s already leaking, I tried calling them couple of time since last 2 days no answer and my calls go in voicemail, not the advisor helping me nor the supervisor who’s number and extension are given on the bill saying “ CALL IF NOT SATISFIED” when you call it goes to voicemail every single time. I am so done with this place I would highly recommend anyone reading this to get other better Chevrolet service because sooner or later all your money is gonna go down the drain. I have 2014 car till 2019 it was good they replaced a part in 2019 because it was malfunctioning, new part had warranty of one year and it stopped working in 2021 so I am not cover under warranty anymore. And asked about it I was quoted $1500 for the same part again. The only reason I am even giving 1 star is because at least one star is needed to post a comment

I would highly recommend contacting Alex for any/all of your vehicle needs! I’ve purchased two vehicles from Alex and my entire family have also! He is extremely attentive, thorough and honest. He is incredibly helpful and explains everything clearly, setting very clear expectations. The entire buying experience start to finish has always been comfortable and enjoyable! My husband and I went to visit Alex because the lease on our family vehicle was ending. Alex found us a great vehicle and was easy to deal with. He worked with our budget and we are very happy with our new service. I would recommend everyone to Georgian Chev and Alex S. thanks again!
