I like the service and staff very friendly but if you have a appointment still to wait an hour or more before your work is done

I was very happy with the work done on my car after hitting a pothole. I was planning to get the work that was missing for my waranty done at the same time. They managed to get give me a lower price than i thought going in and did more work on my car to save me in the long run. Great staff and great value!

Every one in the Honda was very respectful and help ful especially DJ. He provided even pick up from the bus depot which was a nice gesture. He was very focus on the things which i discussed with him on phone or personaly.

Came for a B1 service and asked to exclude tire rotation since i just got em done when I put on winter tires. The rep flat out told me that doesnt change the price since we are going to take the tires off to get to the brakes anyway. How is that the customer's concern? To me, if I came for just a rotation it would not be done free so when I dont want it done, how is it free all of a sudden because you have to get to the brakes? The rep asked me why havent I been to your dealership in 2 years and have I been going elsewhere? THAT IS EXACTLY WHY I HAVE NOT COME IN.

I brought my vehicle in with a suspected failing alternator with out a scheduled appointment the service team had the problem diagnosed in under two hours and due to waiting for parts to be flown in I was given a rental vehicle until my vehicle was ready.

My overall experience was wonderful and quick. I was driving my new car within the week! The staff provide excellent customer service from the sales rep to the financing.

Dropped in without appointment due to engine light coming on. Prompt attention and diagnostics done! Suggested new spark plugs next maintenance visit.

I brought my 2005 Honda Civic in to have 2 recalls attended to. They were efficiently taken care of. While I was waiting I was able to sit at a desk in the show room and work on my laptop, so the time was well spent. I also spoke with Dyanne and got some information about the 2016 Honda CRV's. A very positive experience all around!

The woman I spoke to on the phone was very polite and helpful. The employees at Crown Winnipeg Honda were also very polite and helpful. When we got our car back though, the seats were filthy. There were black stains smeared all over them. This service was free of charge because one of the parts on our car was recalled and needed to be replaced. We were very disappointed that the service wasn't treated like any other service and that our car was so dirty on the inside when we got it back. I also was asked if I would like a free car wash after the service and I said yes. The car was not washed.

"A1" service had been scheduled and was provided. It was detailed and any issues that arose during service were dealt with appropriately. Too much money for a cabin filter change considering it takes about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes but I do like dealing with Honda except for 1 constant issue that I will not discuss via this survey.
