Female at the counter seems to be in rush. She charge the money but did not bother explaining anything. On the bill it says free car wash included. I None was offered. I came back from parking lot and asked her about car wash coupon. She gave me one and said well car wash is not working anyways. No apologies offered. .

Dustin listened to my wants, discussed with others and was able to offer me a vehicle that fit my budget, needs and wants. I dealt with more than 6 people throughout the Buying cycle and everyone knew their roles, were friendly and professional. I've purchased quite a few new vehicles over the years and so far this has been one of if not the the best experience. Hopefully the good experience will continue when it comes time to service the vehicle.

A car city driven with only 20000km does not need a cabin filter for $100 I never saw the old one so I think it was never done.

Had four items including regular Mtce/oil change. 2 of 4 were completed. One item not completed was recall for which parts weren't available… appears to be more Honda issue than the specific shop. Other item, complete miss. Shop person actualluly drove over curb and wrecked tire and who knows what else. Replaced tire, but really.

We enjoyed trying all different vehicles. I found DJ as very professional young man. He help us selecting the vehicle we like with no pressure. I have already recomended to my friends and have planning to buy second vehicle and waiting for a new 2017 CRV model.

My only issue was the fact that safety required a perfectly working headlight to be replaced at cost of $300 plus labor. Really appreciated being given info to go to The Chamois, who were able to polish both headlights, at a cost of $40,00, that kind of advice was much appreciated, and can only make customers more loyal to Wpg Honda.

Giovanni was a great salesman. When my husband first went in to Winnipeg Honda, Giovanni made him feel like he was then to help him. I found when we test drive the car that Giovanni gave excellent guidance and was extremely polite and helpful. I am absolutely thrilled with my new Honda Civic. It is exactly what we wanted. I didn't feel any regrets.
