I had recalls done on my car. Just a side note however... I originally called to get my brakes done but after I was given a price, which seemed really low. I called back to confirm that this was correct and spoke to another person who told me that the quote I was given did not include all parts/labour. I then choose another company to do my brakes and only came to Honda for the recalls.

This was the second time I had been booked for an 8:30 shuttle and had been forgotten about for an hour. The assistant manager Ron was excellent at addressing the situation to our mutual satisfaction.

Didn't completely solve my car issues as was told to me it would. I picked up my car and it seized 10 seconds after starting it. My mechanic was great and took a look at it right away. But it wasn't my favourite experience

We were told that our CRV that has 6,500 km needs to be driven every day in order to start. If we don't the battery dies and we need to get a boost. Never in all my years have I ever heard this before. Not happy.
