Purchasing a new vehicle is exciting, yet a little scary. So much more advancement in technology just to navigate around the "Source" and "Menu" features! Giovanni knows his "stuff". He is very knowledgeable! Over the years I have had many car salesmen, I have to admit Giovanni is No. 1.

Dusting is awesome. Will buy all vehicle with this group. Fantastic. All my questions I have get anesered respectfully and promptly. When I had some minor issues with my vehicle they got dealt with right away. Get customer service so far.

Service was for recall work. Service personelle were friendly and respectful. Service was done quickly. Shuttle service was much appreciated.

TIRES WERE TO BE ROTATED. Left front and rear changed places, right front and rear remained status quo. When queried they said it was due to tread wear, I said I would accept that explanation, but intended to take the car to a 3rd party as I am sceptical that this is true. I must admit that I trust no one when it comes to my cars.

I was told when I booked and when I checked in my car the service would take one hour - I was there for two hours with no real explanation offered. As well, I was phone prior to my appointment and asked if I would like an estimate done of the trade in value of my CRV; I said yes. However, this was never done, I was not told why, I had to ask and no real explanation was given. The service personnel I dealt with were very nice and professional however, two hours is significantly more than one hour and don't offer a service if you can not deliver.
