The very first contact to a business like auto-dealer, hotel or restaurant, on phone or in person can decide everything, even to become a customer or not. Looking for a van, I yesterday called Honda. Was interested in a Odyssey. Unfortunately the guy on the line at Honda was not aware or not sufficiently motivated, that he had the chance to aquire a new customer or spoil him. He spoiled it. Lack on information and his kind of talking, easily to be noticed by the sound of his voice, let me stop to think about visiting Honda Winnipeg in person. Later I experienced a completely different representative at a competitor.

DJ was enthusiastic and passionate about describing the car and just made the whole interaction an enjoyable one. He was very knowledgeable about the car itself as well as the whole business side to it. Would definitely recommend my friends to him.

The girl who i had to pay my bill with was more unterested in the other staff. A technician left a peice of my steering colum on the ground and his tools... Less then impressed

The salesman was very helpful and answered all of our questions. The staff got the vehicle ready for us the afternoon that we bought it because we needed it immediately. The assistant explained all of the details of the car and was very patient and helpful.

B Service and Tire warranty. Both services the service advisor was attentive , Thorough and helpful. Cudos to the shuttle driver Peter. Friendly and prompt. All in all good stuff. I am a happy camper. Thank you for taking care of me and my car.
