Professional and great customer service

April 29, 2016

As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted. I was provided with the information I needed to make the best decision for my needs. I received great customer service; everything went very smoothly and quickly.

Following recent service, received notice requesting that I provide a rating and commentary on the 'Mobili' platform, however I was not fond of their 'terms and conditions' and so I am posting that review here in the public domain: Following recall work, I was advised that I should bring my 2005 Honda Accord back in for service due to noise attributed to the valve lifters being out of adjustment. I was also told at this time that my spark plugs needed changing. It is noteworthy that when I brought my car in for this recall work, my 'check engine' and 'maintenance' lights were not lit. When I picked up my car following completion of the recall work (that all went really well, except the 'check engine' and 'maintenance' lights were inexplicably lit up...perhaps a coincidence), I was told that following the proposed additional service my car would run like new and the clacking sound would stop. Following this additional work I got my car back but and upon off the lot, discovered that the sound was still there. I am not particularly thrilled...I spent 20% of my car's resale value on a fix that was supposed to set things straight only to discover that I am $400 poorer. That being said, the work was done very quickly and shuttle service was provided. Dealership was clean and everyone was very friendly but I can't help but feel I've been bilked because the issues are not resolved as expected. Visits like this leave me with a sour taste in my mouth. Customer service is on point, however my priority is having a working vehicle and accurate diagnosis of issue / full resolution of those issues upon completion of the work. Also noteworthy is that following the valve lifter / spark plug work, I got a call asking me if I wanted to spend $90 having them run the codes through the OBD2 scanner. Everybody should know that $90 covers the cost of an OBD2 reader and accompanying smartphone app you can purchase yourself to diagnose OBD2 codes on your own. Having turned down this service, Honda performed the scanning free of charge. Nice, but if it's in your interest to spend 2 minutes running a code to find extra work to do on the vehicle, provide it free of charge. That was ridiculous. I will probably seek out another garage for future work. No disrespect to the folks at Honda. Great place to buy a new car but I'm not so keen on having my maintenance work done there. Then again I have spoken to others who run the gamut from 'love it' to 'hate it' so your mileage may vary. Pun intended. Hope this review is helpful to others!

I came in to see Jayson about trading in my Civic and upgrading to a CR-V and was able to purchase my dream car!

April 29, 2016

My experience purchasing my Civic a year and a half ago with Jayson's help was amazing, so I knew that when I was interested in trading my car in and upgrading it to a CR-V, that Jayson would be the best one to help me! His knowledge and experience made my purchase and transaction easy and seamless and he was so patient and helpful with everything! Thank you again so much! I'm absolutely in love with my new CR-V!

Rep today very good.

April 29, 2016

Customer service rep day of visit very good. Given incorrect information by sales rep who I was transferred to initially by receptionist. Told me I was not covered for tire repair. Spoke to mechanic to get quote of repair and he is the one who told me I did have coverage. I was price comparing and just about purchased new tire from Canadian tire based on sales reps information. Not happy with that.
