Ellis was very helpful and when I wanted a specific price for my trade, he fought for it and gave me exactly what I wanted. I drove from North Bay and was happy I did. Great experience.

My only complaint is that the technicians should not play with the navigation system. If the radio is to loud, just turn it down. Not everyone is tech savvy. Still can't get it back to the way it was.

Hi Dan, I had a good experience, thanks for the quick resolve of the disappearance of my tires. Everyone there seems cheerful. It must be a good company to work for. Will I get any word on the rusting stone chip on the front? It was there when I bought it. Regards, Jack.

Had timing belt that was required to be replaced. The belt had more than the required time on it and it was replaced with a smile and chuckle as it was destroyed and surprised I made it in. I wanted it to show how great Honda parts are and it was decided it would be kept there as a trophy. I will be back for a future customer.

Matt was great curtious, friendly and knowledgeable. It took a while to get the HRV that I ordered but it was worth the wait. I'm very please with the vehicle. I would purchase another vehicle from Matt.

The repairs done under warrenty didnt fix the problem. We are still hearing that strange sound during start up.

We would like to bring the vehicle back again for repairs but would like to borrow a vehicle as in order for the vehicle to show the strange noise; the vehicle has to sit for some time. Please help John T
