The automobile we were in was inspected and a value assigned. Jay took us for a test drive and thoroughly explained the features of the car we were leasing. We negotiated a leasing deal with Jay, which was suitable to our financial needs. We met with Marissa, the business manager to review extra warranty etc. It was a pleasant experience. My 2014 Odyssey was brought for regular servicing and winter tire flip over. We drop it off often the night before and pick it up or they send a shuttle to pick us up. They call us to tell us if there any additional findings. The tires are put in plastic bags and the event is easy. The staff are knowledgeable and if they don't know the answer, they find out. It's that easy.
