Sending a big smile to Palladino Honda

Our experience at Palladino Honda was welcoming, no pressure and Jay and Cole made sure all our questions were answered. Seemed to be a very nice place to work. Everyone seemed to be busy doing their work without forgetting about the customers that came in to Palladino for what ever reasons. They have many sittings and many different beverages for customers at no cost. We bought a nice care that should last a few years and we are not worried about the service we should be getting from Palladino!!!!

This has nothing to do with the Service Rep, but Honda B service is nothing but a money grab. 330$ to service a car with 50,000kms on it...really...this is not how you retain customers.

I love the staff and service at Palladino Honda from the actual service folks, to the sales & financial staff and up to and including the owner Vince. They treat me like gold! They are the reason I recently purchased my second pilot!!! Thank you!

Ellis delivered the goods and provided excellent service on our 2016 Honda Pilot Touring. We had a few issues and he dealt with them asap! We'll be back to buy our Accord soon and recommend Ellis to everyone.
