I went in for an oil change. Waited about 45 minutes in the lobby and had a coffee. I was able to use their wifi to pass the time which was great.

NO CALL BACK ABOUT RUST ON VEHICLE AGAIN

Reported bubbling of paint on back lift gate, months ago, waited for a call back...nothing. When I bought vehicle purchased a rust corrosion module, which I was told was good for life of vehicle. Now I'm told it has expired. Took pictures again, still waiting for a call back again. I have had my vehicle serviced at Honda since it was purchased new in 2007. Not a happy customer.
