Giovanni was a great salesman. When my husband first went in to Winnipeg Honda, Giovanni made him feel like he was then to help him. I found when we test drive the car that Giovanni gave excellent guidance and was extremely polite and helpful. I am absolutely thrilled with my new Honda Civic. It is exactly what we wanted. I didn't feel any regrets.

The tech was very thorough and the service advisor was helpful. The solution was just a battery so my worst fears of an expensive repair were unfounded.

I was very happy with the work done on my car after hitting a pothole. I was planning to get the work that was missing for my waranty done at the same time. They managed to get give me a lower price than i thought going in and did more work on my car to save me in the long run. Great staff and great value!

Every one in the Honda was very respectful and help ful especially DJ. He provided even pick up from the bus depot which was a nice gesture. He was very focus on the things which i discussed with him on phone or personaly.

Came for a B1 service and asked to exclude tire rotation since i just got em done when I put on winter tires. The rep flat out told me that doesnt change the price since we are going to take the tires off to get to the brakes anyway. How is that the customer's concern? To me, if I came for just a rotation it would not be done free so when I dont want it done, how is it free all of a sudden because you have to get to the brakes? The rep asked me why havent I been to your dealership in 2 years and have I been going elsewhere? THAT IS EXACTLY WHY I HAVE NOT COME IN.

I brought my vehicle in with a suspected failing alternator with out a scheduled appointment the service team had the problem diagnosed in under two hours and due to waiting for parts to be flown in I was given a rental vehicle until my vehicle was ready.
