I was treated with courtesy and respect at all times. I appreciated how much time Dylan Foui took to explain all the details of the vehicle to me. All my questions were answered clearly and I was encouraged to call if I had any further questions. As a customer, I was made to feel important. That I was treated with intelligence and efficiency made the entire experience pleasurable. I would highly recommend Dylan Foui and the Foui Group to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Xavier was awesome in delivering my 2015 civic to me this summer, he spent time making sure I knew how to use my new car, helped me move my belongings from my old car into my new one and even came to help me out with my insurance process. Xavier made what is usually a boring process very enjoyable. Thanks X!

From the moment I walked in I was greeted immediately by friendly people who were very knowledgeable and respectful and never felt pressured. Overall a great experience and will definitely be a customer for life now.

We went to have an oil change & tires rotated on my CRV. The service person recommended the "B" service as that included the tire rotation. After we picked up the car ( recommended changing tires in spring) the steering wheel moved a bit while we were driving. We went back to Honda & the same service person said the tires were not rotated & we would have to come back the next day to get it done. I mentioned that's what we went for originally & he said he could get a price on new tires if we wanted?......no thanks.......we made arrangements to return the next day to have the rotation done. ....I had sent my original review in & the only comments I received back was " how was the service when we returned the 2nd time......in per words.....who cares if I had to return...not sure if I will return to crown Honda...

The service was fast. The men and women are friendly. I want to thank the person who fixed my windshield wiper.I will probably be going back Waverly Honda for service because its so much closer for me to go to.
