Purchased my first Honda! It was the best experinence for customer focused care to ensure I knew the vehicle's features. Took 4 months to get my new Pilot but so far worth the wait!

Recently my girlfriend and I went on a test drive with the 2016 Honda Pilot. Seeing that currently the Pilot is selling like hotcakes we test drove the Touring edition which was a few levels higher than what we were interested. No problems there Ellis never once pushed the higher end model and gave us a detailed run down of the options on the package we were interested in. After he showed us what options we'd get he took us on a short test drive, afterwards allowing us to drive the vehicle on our own. After testing the top trim levels Touring we were sold! Not only did the vehicle drive amazing, it was easy to see and maneuver this larger vehicle (currently in a CRV) in and out of traffic and to park it was even easier with its multi display backup camera and notification system. Once we returned the second time we informed Ellis of our decision to take the top model he brought us back out to the vehicle and went through everything that we didn't learn the first round about because of our change of heart. The Touring is truly a vehicle that sells itself but the service and support we got from our Sales Rep was above and beyond what we had every received before. So point being if your looking for a great family vehicle, with an excellent name and resale can I suggest the Honda Pilot! But more so can I suggest Palladino's! We look forward to get our new vehicle in March and can't wait to deal with Ellis again when we make our next purchase.

Jay was a pleasure to connect with. He was knowledgeable, fun and easy going. Made buying a new car easy and stress free. I really appreciated the way he took the time to go over all the car details at pick up and offered future support if needed.
