Mr. Robert Rouleau was patient and at tentative to my query to find a good used Civic in the under $10,000 range. He arranged a test drive in a 2008 Civic. My wife,Darlene and I were impressed with the car's ride and condition. We decided to buy. Robert helped us through the purchasing process,explaining all the paperwork including that of the tires protection and the security etching,etc. We purchased this Civic for our 21 yr old daughter,Alison.She was introduced to the service manager for an explanation of the maintain your vehicle services offered. Robert then showed Alison the car to point out the operating features. Incidentally,I was impressed the Civic had been cleaned and detailed. Overall,I was pleasantly surprised at the really decent Civic at a really decent price,including licensing etc, compared with trying to buy off the curb,not to mention your protection. As we parted,I thanked Robert for making our buying experience both painless and seamless. Darlene and I consider Mr.Rouleau a true gentleman. Yours truly,Ken Laviolette

Appointment occurred as soon as I got there, which was fifteen minutes earlier than scheduled. Rob ensured to review all the functions of the vehicle with me before leaving so I felt very confident driving away in my new vehicle. The service I received while waiting for it's delivery was top notch...Rob always returned my call within a few hours, answered my questions well and informed me of updates. I feel that I received a very fair trade for my civic and my HRV is more than I thought it would. I am beyond pleased!

I bought a used car and the day I went to pick it up, I was only slightly impressed with Palladino as a whole. Rob Rouleau was the man who met me in the showroom and he showed me through each office as I made the final signatures and learnt about the shop. The environment in the showroom was amazing, the employees were all friendly and more than willing to help with anything I needed. One thing I did notice was not really anybody, not even Rob seemed a100% sure about anything as if they were too busy or weren't working together enough. I am disappointed that I DIDN'T buy an "as is" car and have had to go back twice now for things I realized were missing/broken, including a backseat headrest and a broken interior light. I've only had the car for 2 days, it was clearly not inspected properly and makes me hesitant about the rest of the car as well. Rob seemed to have no idea what was going on, I would describe him as extremely helpful and friendly but not always knowledgeable and comes off pretentious. He spent too much time telling me about general features that everybody knows about and not enough time telling me about the car itself almost as if he knew nothing. Overall, I walked out with a new car but it really had nothing to do with Palladinos staff and more the product. Thank you.

Jayson was amazing at selling us our Honda 2016 Civic,, He answered all our questions and added extra information that was beneficial to our decision. He was accommodating due to an illness he quickly changed all appointments times immediately. He gave us information on all the extra features. Basically there was nothing I did not know about my Honda Civic. Denis saw to all the financing and ownership ect and he was so patient and explained everything and then some. Both Jayson and Denis truly are great at what they do in their jobs and both are truly the kindest men. I feel blessed I was able at a time when my old Honda accord was being replaced due to an accident they made the transition so much easier due to their extreme detail and attention. The service was second to none!!!!!!!!!!!

We had been told to go to Cory however we were directed to Rob with a handshake and welcome. We were treated with respect from Rob and all staff as we entered Palladino Honda. We found our car on Kijjii on computer and had the Van personalized with my name on the dash. We chose a car instead of the van and we were introduced to Cole and he led us to the financing of our new car. Everything was done on a professionaa basis and we are quite pleased with the service.
