Bought a vehicle sight unseen, as i am from Brantford, was told the vehicle had absolutely no damage. Upon delivery of the vehicle, the is a major dent in the rear quarter panel. Contacted the dealer and they are refusing to do anything about it. Not very reputable for such a dealership. Sadly disappointed. Was told all 4 tires math but they dont and it didnt wven come with matching wiper blades. How sad

On a rainy afternoon I had a wheel bearing failure which caused extensive damage to the front caliper, pads, axle and knuckle. Ricki, my service advisor, got my truck in as promised and quickly had it diagnosed, sourced my replacement parts and had me back on the road within 2.5 hours. Kudos to Ricki and her crew, top notch to the end!
