I've gotten 2 cars from them and I have had no problems with this dealership! I'm definitely looking forward to my next vehicle from them ;) I was kind of a picky customer and they all were very patient in helping me with all my needs and got me into something I absolutely LOVE! I recommend this dealership to anyone who's looking for a new ride!

Bought my 2014 Silverado back in May 2014, Greg Lemon and staff were very accommodating. Been back a few times to deal with hail damage and an accident damage to my front bumper. The auto body work has been top notch so kudos to the auto body dept (accident on Thursday, fixed and back on the road in less than 24 hours). On one occasion they did some damage on my truck during a wheel rotation, accidents happen, but they made right by me by fixing the damage.

The sales team was knowledgeable and helpful with finding me the vehicle that would work for me! Even took the time to demonstrate how I could fit my 6 foot ladder in the vehicle!

My wife and I as well as our two boys all found our time at SMP relaxed and cheerful. Dan and his team made us feel comfortable the whole time. I can't think of any reason to not come back for another vehicle someday, or to not recommend SMP.

Anyone having problems with their coolant getting low on your 2013 chevy cruze? I had mine in a few times noticing that it was low they said was fine then I get a recall letter stating it was on recall that needs a new part because coolant problems getting low. Brought it in got the part thinking it is fine. Needed 2 plug in car since it was cold outside. Noticed coolant is low again :( my car was in for an oil change and my winter tires put on. I thought they were 2 check all fluid levels? I have an appointment on monday just very upset as I believe the problem has not been rectified from the start. Just confused as well. no leaks on the ground, like its evaporating.
