I required a replacement tail light lens which will be covered under warranty. Also,the dealer banding on wheel rims became detached and caused a crease in the side panel, Jackson's has agreed to repair the crease. I have not heard back in over a week however. I am still waiting for a response.

I like getting Mike as my Service Advisor. He is always friendly and courteous. He listens to my requests and often offers helpful advice. He is eager to ensure that I have all the facts both before and after any service work is performed.

Simply excellent. Fast professional service, combined with a warm family alike atmosphere and customer oriented reliable performance of job orders. I wish a prices' d be a little more affordable when it comes to "bigger or more serious" maintenance .

I came in for an oil change, the service technicians checked all the vechicle and found a nail in the rear tire which they were able to repair on the spot and all replaced the wire blades that were worn out. Great professional and curitous service. Well done.
