Elie was very helpful he called me as soon as my car service was done and he also found out sum information on the cars odometer that reads 299999km and has stopped he told me it would cost about 157.00$ to install a new one. On a side note I am not impressed with Toyota on the fact that I have to fix a problem ! and pay for it! and that it should be coming out of Toyotas pocket not mine!!! It would be nice to hear from someone on this problem with the odometer stopping! I've have been a Toyota customer for may may years and i am proud when I can show people that my Toyota has just clicked over 350000kms but now I can't !!!!! I Love my 07 Corolla!!! and would love to buy another one but if toyota can't come up with a mislay 157$ to repair they're problems I may have to go to a different Dealer!! Elie also helped me with the hub cap that came of the back tire after I had the cars brakes serviced, he replaced it for no charge and that was great!! thats good service in my books. I will come back to Jacksons Toyota for all my cars servicing because I know I can trust you to do a good job ! and stand by your work !!!!! Thank You very much Elie David Dedora

This is our 1st Toyota and I can say from the way that we are treated by everyone at Jackson Toyota and how impressed we are with our car itself we will own Toyota's for many years to come. Be it an oil change, buying tires, or maintenance we are never felt pressured to upgrade in sales and we always get what we need and want. The staff is very polite and helpful and makes you feel welcome.

I just thought that the way that you described my 'cracking' tires included a little bit too much "fear-factor'. While I realize there is a safety concern, IMO they are still okay for a while. I wasn't going to say yes, throw on new $800+ tires when I wasn't offered the opportunity to see the current tires of concern on the vehicle. When I did say no, there was no pressure which was good. Thank you

Mike is all of the above. You could not ask for a more knowledgeble, respectful and caring person. He focuses on the details so that nothing comes as a surprise. Great man for a service advisor and would have no one else

Service was completed as scheduled with no complaints. Shuttle service was much appreciated. Still have not heard back regarding decision about whether a stone chip will be fixed.

My car needed an oil change and also I was advise that my car needed a maintenance service which, I decided to book an appointment at a later. I checked your quote with another garage and they told me that it was a good price for what I would get done.

I have been very patient with this process but am frustrated and very unhappy. I cannot believe for a warranty issue that Toyota Canada is ok with having unhappy customers. And leaving them with an unsafe vehicle. And also a vehicle that does not allow them to continue with there business. At this point I will not be recommending Toyota to anyone. I have wrote on 2 surveys and no response from anyway. Thanks for reading

Unfortunatly the part required is on a national back order. Toyota Canada has agreed to a rental vehicle at the 10 day mark to those who are affected. Scott needs a truck with a hitch for towing but we can't find a rental agency that will allow towing so the offer is no good to Scott.
