I would have given a 5 star rating but I found the cost to replace the tiny brake lines on my 2014 Tundra, which were damaged by an animal (probably a porcupine) gnawing them, to be far too expensive. Although no one is responsible for my misfortune, I thought there might have been a small break in the cost just for the fact that I have been a loyal Toyota customer since about 1992.

Waited for 2.5 hours only to be told that they did not have the parts needed to fix my vehicle. This is the second time this has happened. Was forced to take a rental car and had to return it the next day, therefore I had to cancel my plans to go away for the weekend. Was not allowed to keep rental car until the Monday. Not impressed with service and lack of regard for my plans. I was rushed out of the servie department, without being given the chance to explain my situation. I doubt this review will be posted as it is negative. Therefore will also be submitting a more detailed letter to the President of Jacksons Toyota.

Hello Heather, I understand your frustration having your vehicle break down on a Friday, having to wait to find out what was wrong and then to be told we don't have the new computer in stock to fix it. The diagnosis took 2 1/2 hours because it was an unusual problem and had never seen it before. We just don't stock computers for vehicles. We did our best to provide alternate transportation under the provisions of the vehicle warranty and have the car repaired under warranty once the parts came in the following Monday. We feel badly it happened. To have it happen twice in 4 months is very unfortunate. I hope you understand we gave you what the warranty entitled you to under the circumstances.

Free deluxe detailing with my Rewards Toyota membership. A few spots I had to clean again....snow stains...hard to get out and a few really hard to get at dirty spots...even I had a hard time getting them clean. A few scratches on my Driver's window that cannot be removed ....not sure if done at Toyota. Overall well done.

Not very good! Rep couldn't find warranty for tires. Had to have the salesman who sold me the vehicle prove that I had a warranty on my tires. What if my salesman wasn't at the office that day? Would I have had to pay???

Hi Denis, Our Express Lube Rep was unable to see the tire warranty contract electronically so he tracked down the salesman Eric that sold you the vehicle. Eric was able to obtain the tire warranty contract directly from the deal. Sorry Dan couldn't find the necessary paperwork in the usual fashion but I'm glad we were able to replace your car tire under the warranty in the end.

My Venza was in for a 64,000 kms service.. Elie was not particularly friendly at check in, seemed to have something on his mind. After 45 minutes or so Elie came to me with a list of brake services that my Venza required which I contested in view of the low mileage (I've had Toyotas for 25 years & never had such a high cost brake service before & never had brake problems at 64,000 kms. At no time was I asked to view the "faulty" parts & it was a basic "take it or leave it" attitude displayed by Elie. I have never had to complain about your service dept. in the 8 years I've been dealing with Jackson's but may have to re-think future services if this guy remains my service rep.
