The larger reason for our visit was to have the winter tires changed. When I booked the appointment, I also asked to have windshield wipers replaced, the R sliding door non-closing issue resolved & the recommended services from July 15th, 2013 done & brake service looked into & done if necessary. (as the tires would be off already & it's wise to have brakes checked/maintained at the same time to save labour costs & extra re-bookings) --Especially as I would have the van in 4 hours early, I was told the maintenance wouldn't be a problem. --------The tires were changed, but our vehicle history records were NOT checked - if they had been, the technicians would have known to check the tire pressure & reset the tire warning light/message which would have saved me from having to return to the dealership 3 times that afternoon as the tire warning light went off each time I left to go home.(our vehicle history notes that every time we have the tires changed this is an issue, our vehicle sensors are sensitive ? & need to be carefully checked that it's reset every tire change) Front windshield wipers changed, no problem. We were told the technicians had no problems with the R sliding door & could find no error message. This door has not worked for us with just pushing the door button, it requires pulling with the door handle. Lubricating this door did not solve the problem & I'm concerned that damage could be occurring as we still don't know what the problem/fix is. Recommendations from July 15th, 2013 were not looked at. (transmission fluid change, coolant replacement , spark plug replacement) We were told the brake service was not necessary, but the brake fluid could be changed as it looked dark/old, but we were not called during the day to have that fluid change approved when it could have been done, so it wan't done - costing us further service visits & labour fees. I only learned about this at vehicle pick up. I also asked for an estimate re. front windshield chip repair & was told that would be done that day. We did not receive a call regarding this estimate, nor did I receive an estimate at vehicle pick up time. Also, after the tire change, there is a rattle from underneath the van that was not there when I brought it in. We did not receive any phone calls to let us know the progress of the vehicle, what was / was not found , what could be done that day, recommended maintenance, chip repair estimate & our vehicle history was not checked costing myself unnecessary worry, time, labour costs, returning to Toyota dealership 3 times that afternoon & now having to re-book service visits. I was helped put on a loose trim piece as an extra. The job was done quickly and properly. Barely had time to eat a cookie and have a coffee!

Wiper Blade change, Air filter change, and a top up of tire pressures, it was a very friendly atmosphere and all the staff were very accommodating

Tim took care to ask me if there was anything Else that Jackson's could do for me. He checked me in efficiently and when my car was ready Tim came and got me from the guest loung. I was pleased with the service. Thank you.

we drove in for an oil and lube. we were greeted promptly and served immediately. we couldn't have asked for anything more.

I recommend Jackson's Toyota for its service and efficiency. However, I just find a bit annoying to feel obliged to write at least 20 words...if I am not satisfied I'll let you know in detail!

During my last service I ran into some problems and had to return to the dealer 4 times due to a defective water pump. Elie was very supportive and understanding of my frustration. Elie went beyond the call of duty, when I had to return my Venza due to overheating and it had to stay over night, he offered to drive me home and pick me up in the morning to take me to work if a car was not available to me. Fortunately Dave Griffin was able to accomodate and I was given a 2014 Corrolla while they repaired my vehicle. Thank you to everyone involved in making a frustrating matter into a happy ending! For the past several years Service Advisors have tried to add/connect my name and car to my Rewards card by writing notes on the completed work orders that are sent to the Accounting Department, but with no success. The gentleman at the Express Service Station asked if I had a Reward card and was unable to find me in the system. He noted down the Reward Card number and found the file but there was still no client name or vehicle information in the file. He assured me that this problem would be corrected and it has finally been resolved. Thank you.

I want Toyota trained technicians working on my car for peace of mind. I come back to Jackson's service department because of the exceptionally wonderful service staff. Nelson listens to my concerns and helps keep my car running smoothly. The shuttle service makes service visits convenient, and the shuttle drivers are excellent too!
