Mike recently set aside what he was doing to sit with me for an un-scheduled consultation on my two Toyota vehicles. During that time he listened thoughtfully to my concerns and made some suggestions including looking into a recent bulletin concerning my Rav4. Dan was welcoming and payed special attention to the needs of my car. He knew what was required and brought it to my attention in a caring manner. Came to the waiting room himself to let me know everything was ready and processed the bill quickly. After a few pleasantries. I went on my way. .

Nelson handled our winter summer tire changeover very efficiently. We required new summer Michlens 4 and in. Injunction with prior telephone communication with parts the tires were ordered and ready for installation. Nelson advised us that our brake fluid required a changeover and in short order we were on our way. We appreciTe your service and their attention to necessary maintenance updates. Very courteous, friendly service. Great advise. Drop off and pick up service is really good too. I would have given 5 stars but the problem is not fixed yet, though probably no fault of the service department.

I came in for my first lube oil filter and had a great experience. It took no time, staff were helpful and accommodating, the waiting room is a nice area to spend a bit of time in, staff were patient with me as I muddled through my first visit and overall it was a pleasant experience.
