Allen was great from the get go, we could have made a big mistake if it wasnt for him. He allowed us to try several vehicles and judged our comments expertly, steering us to a great car. He knew his facts and was honest and up front on everything. We will return to SMP and specifically seek out Allen for our next car which may be sooner rather than later. Thanks again Allen!

Me and my wife just a bought Silverado LTZ from Brandon Snowsell yesterday, it was an excellent and great experience considering my wife is very hard to convince. I appreciate how Brandon listened to what we need and helped us find the right price according to our budget. And also a pleasure to deal with Ben Roberts who helped make my dream truck come true. A huge thanks to Kelly Hewitt of finance for understanding our need in terms of our budget. Over all we are so pleased and happy with our new truck. We will definitely recommend SMP to our friends. I bought a 2012 Silverado from SMP. The service was excellent. They went so far as to fix or replace every last thing on that truck, right down to a small plastic clip for the consoul, before I took possession of it. We have, over the years, bought from them before and have not been disapointed. Keep up the great work.

Allen really went above and beyond, ten minutes after walking on the lot we knew we wouldn't have to go anywhere else. He got us a great deal on a previously-leased van that fit our wish-list perfectly.
