I have used Toyota vehicles for a long time. There has never been a problem with service like it has these days. The service used to be good... I made a reservation and went, It takes 5 hours to replace a car wheel. (tire with rim) Even though it only requires time to loosen and assemble 20 bolts. Toyota will need to recheck their service system. If servicing takes as long as it does now, I will choose another company's vehicle for my next vehicle.

Booked a test drive for a 2022 Tundra. Got two different calls confirming my appointment and that there was a truck available for the test drive. Only to get there and be told I can’t drive the truck or sit inside it (look, don’t touch). As it’s actually the managers truck. Even after that the sales person Mitchell decided it’s a great time to push an immediate sale of a 2022 Tundra and if I finance now I can get it in 6-9 months! Exciting! What a joke

Our experience with Jackson's Toyota dealership was extremely disappointing. When my husband purchased a Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid and paid in cash, we expected a straightforward transaction. However, General Sales Manager Anthony pressured my husband into buying an extra warranty, despite our clear refusal. When my husband sought to discuss this with Anthony, he sent a salesperson to convey that he had no interest in addressing our concerns, offering an ultimatum: buy the unwanted warranty or risk contract cancellation. This high-pressure approach marred our experience, eroding our trust in the dealership and leaving us deeply dissatisfied. Such tactics are unacceptable, and we hope this review serves as a warning to others while urging the dealership to reconsider its sales practices.

My wife was excited for her new car but after leaving our trade in with them and waiting a month to get our new vehicle we were told theu couldn't offer the trade in value that was agreed to on our purchase contract, was dissapointing to say the least. Will be looking elsewhere for our new vehicle

Despite a wait of 15 months, not the dealership’s fault, my car arrived. Andrew Black was efficient and explained the vehicle’s features proficiently. I drove away with a good understanding and questions after that meeting, were quickly answered through email and videos!

If you want to get lied to and ripped off come here! I bought a used ford Edge here with full warranty package. The transmission had a hard shift with two gears talked to Claus before my cool off period was over and I asked if I'm going to have to pay a deductible before even a week of owning the car an he said "NO! Everything is covered! ". Even said we'll get you a rental. He test drove it and agreed about the hard shift then said bring it to Ford. Ford's earliest appointment was a little over a month from the time I put in the claim. I also noticed that their PDI was under par as far the detail was concerned, my Engine ran almost if not actually dry of oil and what was left looked very old an when I brought it in the even showed my air filter was clogged to the max so they did no service on it before selling! Now my transmission appointment comes up with ford and it needs an overhaul and in the end they tell me I'm on the hook for the deductible and did not help me get a loaner car said it's up to for since there repairing it. Absolute worst experience in my life wish I could take it back. Don't go if something goes wrong they'll turn there back
