Dealing with Jordan was like talking to a friend about a vehicle. He’s very polite and professional and I never felt pressured. For these reasons I decided to purchase a truck from Jordan. I highly recommend him.

Even in medium and large companies one person can make huge positive difference to further the success of the company and in this dealership Marlinda goes the extra mile in caring for service clients. This is a feel good dealership as you deal with more staff you will notice a culture of honesty and integrity. UPDATE : last January Jugal from sales assisted me in buying my leased car. Jugal exhibited professionalism and knowledge , made the purchase a snap and completed ownership transfer.

I had an oil change and express clean booked for 9am. A nice women from the dealership called me and asked if I need a ride arranged or if I would be waiting. I let her know I was dropping my car off the night before. She switched my appointment from 9am to 6am. I called around lunch to see if I could pick up my car, the service person said the oil change was done but they we’re still working on the cleaning and it would be about 30 more minutes. I came to the dealership about an hour later and the car was not finished no problem I asked the service person if I could pay fo the service now because I had an upcoming meeting and would have to leave right away after the car was finished. Then a service manager came over and with a poor tone said “how can you pay if you don’t have your invoice yet? What do you want me to do just leave the keys on the floor when I’m done?” I said well my appointment was for 9 and I called and they thought it would be finished by 1 and I asked how long it normally takes to do an oil change and express clean as my appointment was for 9 and it was now 130. He cut me off and said no your appointment was a drop off for 6am not 9. I said great would it not be one of the first cars to go in? He said no that’s not how it works and it will be at least another hour.... It’s not about the service time but the way he spoke to me was very rude and unacceptable. It is now almost 3pm and I’m sitting in the waiting room still..

My wife and l drove up to Nurse Chev from Kingston. We notified the dealership we wanted to look at there 2016 Malibu. From start to finish the experience was very pleasant. Scott the salesman was great to deal with . Even though it was a used car he made us feel like we were buying a new Cadillac. We would recommend them to anybody shopping new or used. I purchased a pre-owned Cadillac from Nurse Cadillac a few days ago, and I was very satisfied with the whole experience. Barry Chamberlain was the salesperson and he was very helpful, very patient and very polite, At no time did I feel anxious or pressured into making decisions about the purchase. While I was at the bank awhile ago someone was kind enough to key my car door . Brought it to Brian in the Collision department and he said they could try to buff it out, but as some of it was a deeper gauge, they'd do what they could. And the best part? I'd just be paying for the hour's labour. Part of it was completely erased, and, yes, there is still a line over my car door, but no where near as noticeable. I'm giving them 5 stars for the honest and prompt service I received.
