Many weeks after I purchased a Macan 2017 I was told that a crack in the trim necessitated to be replaced. I was not told this when I bought the Porsche Macan. The trim will be replaced on Monday Dec 19. I resent the fact that I was not told when I bought the car. Regard,s Ginette O'Connor

Experience at Mark Motors has been excellent. Simon and Kathleen were very friendly, helpful, took time to explain and answer all questions. Simon has excellent knowledge of the vehicles and helped me explore all cars and options before I selected the car that met my requirements. Throughout the process of selecting the car I did not feel rushed at all. I am happy with my Porsche! Thanks to the team at Mark Motors Porsche.

J'ai acheté un voiture en retour de location pour 29000$, quand je me suis présenté à la SAAQ, le concessionnaire avait omis de me remettre un document sur les taxes à payer. J'ai été obligé de retourner chercher ce document au concessionnaire. De plus, on m'avait expliqué que je devais payer la taxe provinciale sur la valeur de l'achat de 29000$, mais une fois rendu à la SAAQ j'ai dû payer la taxe sur 44700$ (prix de liste de l'auto), c'est toute qu'une surprise. Avoir su toutes ses informations, j'aurais sans doute fait réparé mon auto à votre concessionnaire puisque pour passer le safety check je devais remplacer les freins et les pneus. J'ai alors dû payer les taxes en double pour la valeur de ces réparations en plus des taxes exigées sur 44700$, on parle ici de quelques milliers de dollars. Bref, il faudrait aviser votre directeur au finance que les taxes au québec se paye sur le prix de liste et non le prix de vente. La seule dérogation possible serait si un véhicule est VGA et qu'un évaluateur accrédité pourrait prouver qu'elle a une valeur moindre et émettre un rapport à la SAAQ.avec un formulaire spécifique. Pour être honnête, j'ai l'impression d'avoir été faussement informé et j'hésiterais à retourner m'acheter un véhicule à nouveau. Bien à vous.

Very professional staff. The shuttle driver was excellent. My car was ready for pick up at the time I requested and was nicely detailed and washed. There seemed to be some confusion on a PCM update but I think that was created by Porsche Canada. All in all a good experience.
