Very knowledgeable and informative with a relaxed friendly attitude.

Only regret in whole experience was after our purchase finding some minor damage that had been done with a quick and bumpy repair. It would not have changed our minds to purchase but we would have felt better about the dealership if it had been drawn to our attention prior to purchase. Other than that we were totally happy with all the staff we dealt with including Simon, the service department, accounting, and reception. We definitely recommend Marks to others and would purchase from them again (we'll just look more closely at all the car).

The experience was the best one in nearly 50 years of buying some 20+ cars. The process was stress-free (for me), smooth - no unpleasant "gotcha!" surprises. The 2017 Macan was delivered in impeccable condition with plenty of time taken by the sales technician to explain everything and to program the basic functions (Bluetooth, GPS, etc. without being rushed or having to ask for any of these services.
