I have my Cayenne serviced there regularly since I bought it and am very pleased with the outstanding quality of service. Eric responds quickly to e-mails, my car is ready on-time when they say it will be and they keep me informed with what is happening. I've never had a problem getting a loaner and last week I was given a brand new 2017 Cayenne with just 120km on it to use for 5 days as some specialty parts had to be shipped in. I can get convenient appointment times with little notice, especially since the Audi part of the business moved to its own location. Porsche makes premium cars and it's great to receive service that is at the same level as the vehicles they produce.

I have been a client for 30+ years. While the cars are getting more and more sophisticated and more performant than before so is the Porsche service, while I often deal with Mathieu Gagné everybody in the service department is up to the level of perfection that Porsche as a brand is always achieving.

I recently made my first Porsche purchased from Mark Motors. When I first entered, I was met by Porsche Sales Consultant Simon Perreault, who proceeded to take me through one of the most pleasant and informative car buying experiences I have ever had. Simon was very easy to work with, he listened to all my wants and needs in a car and provided me with great customer service. With Simon's help I was able to focus and find the car that fit me best and as a result, I ended up with more extras in the car than I could have imagined. I would strongly recommend new clients to Simon if they are looking to purchase a new vehicle. The whole team at Mark Motors was great, but a stand out was Business Office Executive Kathleen Harper. Kathleen and the team makes every visit to Mark Motors an enjoyable one with their friendly and speedy service. I'm very satisfied that I chose Mark Motors and am looking forward to continuing this relationship.
