Recently, after many years of avoiding Mark Motors Porsche for service due to some bad experiences 15+ years ago, a friend convinced me to give them another try. Wow, what a difference! Incredibly courteous, helpful staff can change everything, including my opinion. Service Advisor Eric Tremblay and Gold Technician Matt Spence made my last two service visits two of the best experiences I've had (including dealing with Tony Graham Lexus who I've always held as the "Gold Standard"). Eric and Matt took the extra time to make sure things were done right, and that I understood and was happy with the work that was done. As icing on the cake, their prices were very reasonable compared to other dealerships and even independent specialists. I will definitely return to MM Porsche for my future service needs, and I encourage others to give them a fresh chance too!

I have purchased three vehicles already and each experience was very professional. I personally like the fact that I have access to Michael, the owner. I find his involvement very important when purchasing or leasing expensive Porsche vehicles. There will be more purchases in the near future.

I have my Cayenne serviced there regularly since I bought it and am very pleased with the outstanding quality of service. Eric responds quickly to e-mails, my car is ready on-time when they say it will be and they keep me informed with what is happening. I've never had a problem getting a loaner and last week I was given a brand new 2017 Cayenne with just 120km on it to use for 5 days as some specialty parts had to be shipped in. I can get convenient appointment times with little notice, especially since the Audi part of the business moved to its own location. Porsche makes premium cars and it's great to receive service that is at the same level as the vehicles they produce.
