SMP is a top notch dealership with a buzzing and friendly atmosphere. Everyone does their best to make you feel comfortable. Make sure you go in there with a positive attitude because you'll be rewarded with a good deal like I was :). I just bought a truck from Randy Swistun and he was a joy to deal with. He truly listened to what I wanted and never once tried to sell me anything else. He's very patient and personable: I highly recommend buying your next vehicle from him! Jeff Bowyer in the finance department was very gracious and explained everything well. And Stan Garchinski, well, he's one of a kind. Be sure to smile and say hello to him when you walk in!

Greg Lemon and the folks of SMP ensured that all of my concerns of purchasing a used vehicle were addressed before completing the deal. Even though I found a small mechanical issue that passed initial inspection, SMP did not hesitate to re-inspect and go good for the part. I would recommend SMP's services as well as their Certified Pre-Owned vehicle selection.

Excellent experience. Kelly P made buying my Cruze an easy no-stress process. He listened to my wants and needs and gave me exactly that! To put the cherry on top, as a 20yr old woman I was not taken seriously at many dealerships. The management team and especially Kelly made me feel respected and welcomed! Would go back again, and again!

Everyone was very kind, friendly and helpful. I enjoyed buying a new vehicle from Dan Barrett and he was kind in that he tried to get me the best deal possible. The only thing I can think of that would have made the process better would be if I had gotten a better description when getting the break down in price of the vehicle. After I signed I noticed a charge I was not aware of. The charge was always in the price quoted of the vehicle but it was never mentioned that I would be paying this particular fee. All in all it was a good experience.

Jilene Allen treated us great! She did her best to help me and my husband feel comfortable and confident in our car upgrade. Not only was she knowledgeable and helpful, but she didn't push us or try to sway us from what we wanted. She reinforced our choices - such a breath of fresh air!! I would love to deal with Jilene again. Thank you Jilene for making the purchase easy :)
