Jayson is the greatest!

I have nothing but good things to say about Jayson Ball! He treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism, and we had some good laughs too! Jayson's enthusiasm for the Honda product is infectious, as I ended up buying not one, but two Honda vehicles from him. He is an irreplaceable asset to Palladino Honda.

The service was very good. Jay was very friendly and helpful and explaining all the details of the car. With emails he got back to me right away with the answers to my questions. They worked around my time and my working schedule which is great. It wasn't a long waiting process they had everything when I had my appointment so the signing didn't take long. I would recommend my friends and family to Jay he was great.

Sales constultants were knowledgable and helpful. Jayson made choosing a Honda that much easier. I was given all the information on the car I was interested in and was shown the features. Jayson also highlighted all the unique features during our test drive. The whole process was very easy and the staff were extremely helpful.

Always felt comfortable and attended to. The features of the car were well explained. The test drive reinforced the described features. Financial matters were clearly explained and even though I'm not a good bargainer, I felt I was treated fairly. I know getting my car serviced will be a pleasant experience.

2016 HRV Purchase

Debating on buying a used SUV not sure what I was looking for I was greeted and served by Ellis, as well 5 other employees making sure I was served. These people know customer service! Ellis took the time on showing me my options. He took my budget, needs and wants and we decided a new 2016 HRV was the best fit... Under budget. Very happy! Did not think I would come out with a new car. For financing I was assisted by Cole which was a easy smooth process. Thank you boys, I know have a safe ride, amazing warranty, low interest....Could not be more pleased, nothing else I could ask for.

Excellent experiencing purchasing a new honda!

Matt was very helpful from beginning to end of the vehicle purchase process! From describing the details of the vehicle to the test drive and helping me set up the settings once the car was ready for me to drive away, the experience was excellent! Cole was also excellent with everything on the finance side and was very helpful with explaining all terms and agreements throughout the process. Overall, this was an excellent experience!
