Type 4 service and brake Job

Please speak with Jason Carriere for my e-mail about my dissatisfaction with the overcharging of my previous service in 2014 and trying again to take advantage of me again a few weeks ago by selling services that I had already received. This showed me with facts that Palladino is only after the money and not customer satisfaction.

Always have had a good experience at the service counter. The people there are friendly and courteous. I took my car in to have the hydraulics replaced on the rear hatch of my car. Also to have 3 flushes done. They made sure I was out on time as I am unable to drive at night and live 2 and 1/2 hours away.

Ellis went above and beyond. He helped me choose a car that fit my needs & price budget. He helped me with complications that where out of his control.He not only is amazing sales rep, his customer service is amazing that is what you look for when choosing a new vehicle.
