Amazing experience

For someone who never saw themselves in a Honda I must say Ellis was a great sales man. He met my needs and went above and beyond what I expected. I felt no pressure or obligation to buy and he made the experience much more pleasant considering I didn't expect to even buy a car let alone a new one. I love my HR-V

I have never been treated so good by a car dealership in all my previous purchases. I would recommend Palladino Honda to anyone looking to buy new or used. Lee, Rob, and Denis were all very honest and amazing to deal with. I just can't say enough about the positive experience

I lost my key to my vehicle and needed to have a new one programmed. Staff was very friendly and helpful when I called. Service was extremely quick, I thought I would have had a few days wait to get in, but they fit me in that same day. Everyone I spoke with was wonderful. My brother picked up my vehicle for me, I was working, but he said the service was awesome! Thank you all for your help!!

All I know is I get an email saying I need maintenance work done, then I get the appointment, then I drop off my car, then I get a phone call on the extra details if needed and other options if needed, I make arrangements and I get another phone call to say it is ready for pick up. Thank you Honda for making my 5 year old car, which is now payment free, a real joy to drive.

I went in for a recall and left very satisfied with the above and beyond customer service i experienced. I will be honest I was aprhensive to go to the dealership, as I had indicator light on and only wanted what was absolutely necessary done. They cleared the persistant indicator light for me at No Charge! Thank you! I was also in and out of the shop under the time estimated. I browsed the exceptional show room while I waited. Super nice! I can proudly say when I am ready to purchase my second Honda I look forward to speaking with Matt Dumontelle again who I spoke with breifly about new and used CRVs. Good job Palladino Honda I have had a great experience and nothing poor to say about your quality of service all round. I will be returning! Melanie Taylor

I find that employees at Palladino are very pleasant and in a good mood. Being greeted with a smile is great way to start the day. They take time to explain what is going on without too many détails.

My experience with my recent purchase: Nick Vrbanac spent time answering the numerous questions I had on the different models (Pilot, CR-V & HR-V) over a couple of months and also facilitated my test driving. While he was away, Lee took time to answer all of my questions with regards to the HR-V specifically. He also showed me all 3 of the HR-V models (since you had one of each on their lot) and took time explaining the differences in the models (options/trims available as well as the differences in the prices). This helped me to make an informed decision and purchase the HR-V Ex-L Navi . Both were very courteous and took time to answer all of my questions. Their Financial Services Manager, Denis Aubut, spent time explaining the sales contract as well as the extended warranty options, Platinum Shield and the Life and Disability insurance that is offered. The Palladino team have always been prompt with their replies (within 1 day) and each of the team members, whether it be the Service Department, Parts Department, or the Service Appointment consultants have always been helpful. This is why I decided to continue working with them; this is the 6th car that I either buy or lease from Palladino Honda. *** Forgot to include this part: I appreciated the fact that Nick came in on his day off to go through the car and show me how everything worked when I picked it up!! I purchased a Honda Civic including financing. First Honda purchase. Vehicle functions explained during delivery plus tour of service department to meet staff. Service by all was professional and all staff extremely pleasant.
