I am very pleased with the vehicle that I purchased and I feel that I received excellent service from Rob, Cody and Denis. I feel that I received a good deal on my trade-in and was treated very well. I was pleased to get the extended warranty (7 years) and believe that the platinum warranty will be worthwhile. Rob did a good job in explaining the car features and provided excellent service.

Jayson is very dynamic and knowledgeable on both the product and service that you provide. I have only the van for a short period of time but I believe that it will meet my short and long term plans.

From the start of the talk of trade-in to driving out with our new 2016 Odyssey, Jayson was very helpful, humorous, and honest with us. Jayson showed us the numbers: benefits of trading, and adding the things that I was looking for on my new vehicle (winter tires, floor mats) for good price. My experience with Palladino Honda was a good one. I didn't feel pressured or pushed into a deal. I felt respected. Thank you

From the moment we stepped into the building we were treated with respect.Im sure every employee approached us to ask if we had been taken care of. The deal we arrived at with our salesperson was quite reasonable. We left there feeling elated that we had been treated so good-we,received every possible option we asked for and they seemed genuinely happy for us.

I LOVE this dealership and all the staff there. Robert was extremely helpful and courteous from the moment we walked in right up to minute we left with our new CRV. He answered all our questions and was very thourough in showing us all the features of the vehicle. I have dealt with a few different dealerships here in Sudbury and none of them can even come close to the level of service you receive at Palladino. They really set the bar high. Every department there from the reception to the service to the sales and finance department treats you with the utmost respect and you really feel that they appreciate you as a customer.

Took my daughter's car for rear brake calipers and to install winter tires. I live out of town. Received a call saying that the wheels were in poor conditions and I would save money by bying new wheels at $455 because of 2.5 hrs work to clean the rims. All was needed was a wire brush for 2 min per wheel et voila.....$40 at canadian tire winter tires on!!!! Furthermore, $770.84 to buy and install 2 brake calipers!!!! Seriously....never again. Shame on you for taken advantage of a 19 years old girl!!!!!

Yep my warranty covered nothing when my car's engine back splash gave because 2 pins fell out. Since they couldn't see it in a timely fashion, I now have to pay 200 for a replacement yet we haven't owned it for a year yet.

The minute we walked in we were greeted with a smile and were asked how we could be helped. Rob was great every question we had was answered with clarity and honesty. Also every explanation was clear and precise. Cole was awesome as well. He explained all my options and at no point did I feel obligated to take the extras.He understood that I am a student and that I could not afford very high payments and he helped create a plan that was affordable and suited my needs. Overall very pleased with the service. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase the car.
