Couldn't have been better!

I am happy to say that I had an excellent experience at Palladino Honda. I am beyond happy with the Mustang I purchased and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car. Nick Vrbanac was very helpful in walking me through the cars technological aspects and explaining financing arrangements. He was friendly and patient with me throughout the negotiations. Nick is a definite asset to the Palladino team.

My service was really quick and clear as to what was going to happen. They told me that one of my tires had a irepairable damage and would need to be replaced. They replaced it at no additional charge to me.

We originally were searching for a private sale thinking we would save money but Stef at Palladino Honda helped us find EXACTLY what we were looking for at a price nobody else in ontario could beat. Stef is always so pleasant and fun to deal with. She answered all of our million questions without skipping a beat and joined in with our excitement over the new car :) The service was phenomenal, we are so well set up with our new CRV, they made all the options so easy for us (ie: roof rack, trailer hitch, waranty plans...). They're new way of pricing car makes it hassle free and really fair. We felt like our needs, safety, and satisfaction were their top priority the entire time. Will definitely go back next time we need to upgrade :) Don't waste your time anywhere else this is THE place!

We used to have a 2007 Hyundai elantra which was a good car but really didn't suit our lifestyle. As Great Lake surfers we really needed a sporty vehicle that allowed us to go places where cars don't normally go (without getting stuck). We shopped everywhere in Ontario and nobody could beat the price, service and quality that Palladino Honda had to offer. Not only did they set us up with with exactly what was on our wishlist for travelling and surfing but the customer service was unreal. We felt like we were really valued customers and that our happiness and safety was the top priority for everyone that we dealt with. They helped us with roof racks, trailer hitch, and amazing warranty plans. We are super excited to have the best vehicle for all our upcoming adventures. My advice...don't waste your time looking elsewhere, nobody was able to even come close to beating these guys and the service alone is well worth it! SUPER STOKED!!!! ***6 star review because they only make 5 stars***

A standout in his field

First of all, it is my endless satisfaction in dealing with the service department at Palladino Honda, and the love for my former car that made another Honda my only choice for a new vehicle. I didn't consider any other dealership because of these two factors. A new addition to my list of reasons to recommend and rave about Palladino Honda to everyone I know, is Rob Rouleau. He was a fantastic sales representative. He is experienced, and obviously so. He is very professional and personable. He successfully sold me on a vehicle without making me feel pressured. I will absolutely recommend his service to anyone I know who is in the market for a new car. When I walked into the dealership this week, I was not confident that I would walk out with a new car. There were several factors in the way, and I anticipated a long struggle to decide which vehicle, if any, to make my next car. The stress of choosing a new vehicle and taking on a new financial burden was lessened by Rob's guidance. I am very grateful to have been matched with such a competent and likeable sales representative, and the new car sitting in my garage is there thanks to him.
