Andrew let my boyfriend and I take the 2015 Honda Civic EX on a test drive. There was no pressure to buy the car immediately and no hassling emails or calls. When we were ready to buy the Car Andrew sat down with us and layed out our payment options which helped us make the best choice.

I had a hitch put on my crv in Toronto and they hadn't added the wiring because they assumed that I would not want it or need it. Went to Sudbury to move some furniture and I did not have any wiring for the trailor. Palladino Honda came to my rescue. They added the wiring and gave me a break on the labor as the rear bumper had to be removed again. ..thank you Palladino motors!!

Confusion

There was a confusion with my shuttle pick up and they had to come back a 2nd time to get me so I waited for 45 minutes in total. (My cell number was recorded incorrectly so the driver couldn't even call me to clarify.) I was told the part would be in on Monday morning and fixed then as well when I dropped it off on Friday afternoon. When I called in on Monday afternoon I was told it was ready and proceeded to get picked up by the shuttle and brought in. When I arrived I was informed the car was not ready and the part wasn't in. On the bright side Marilyn was really friendly and apologized for the confusion.
