I had a good experience!! My only issue is that the salesman should really explain the send a friend program much better and I would of assumed my gas tank would be full. Rob you did explain this to me but when my sister bought her car a month ago she was not well informed. Thank you for everything Rob love my new vehicle and I am sure we will see each other again in the future. Anne

Ellis was the perfect salesperson for me. After suffering the experience of a serious car accident, I needed to find a replacement vehicle immediately. Ellis asked a number of questions to help find the best car for me. Having selected a vehicle for purchase, Ellis went over and above what I might have expected to make sure I was satisfied with the condition of the car. He was great in providing a Honda vehicle that I hope will last me as long as my first Honda------15 yrs. Ellis is a credit to the Palladino organization and should be recognized as such.

Purchase experience could have been better

Many complications during the purchasing process. There needs to be more clearity when discussing financing with both trade in's and additional expenses. Plus, staff needs to pay more attention to detail because the wrong interest rate was put on the bill of sale and one of the car keys that was given was not even for the that car!
