The service received was o.k. However, I'd like to share that I wish my representative would have spent more time with when I picked up my vehicle, took a picture of me with my new vehicle and been more thorough on the functions in the vehicle worked. I realize that there many people to attend to however, when spending 40 000$ I would have appreciated more time with the representative. Perhaps schedule pick up times more spread apart so that you may spend more time or the time required to make the customer feel valuable and satisfied.

Jayson was awesome to deal with. He was very friendly and was able to find me exactly what I was looking for. He is knowledgeable and explained the features of the vehicle in great detail. He went above and beyond what any other dealership did for me and came with me on the test drive. At this time, he showed me the safety features of the car as well as everything else I needed to know. I am very happy with my experience at Palladino Honda! Thank you!

So the paint on my 06 civic dx with 80,000kms on it is bubbling away, I can actually see the grease under the pant which caused the paint to bubble up. My whole car is filled with this bubbling . I have spoke with the recall girl. And she said nothing can be done because theres no recall on that year or make and told me Palladio couldn't do nothing about it.. Well the part that I don't understand is , how come you guys can sell vehicles that aren't spayed the correct way and sell them.. This is completely unprofessional to shove a customer to the curb when its a factory defect?? Please explain
