Kara, I always try to go to you or Marilyn. I feel well treated by you both, not sure if its because its woman to woman, but I appreciate and respect you both for the respect I get from you in return. My last evaluation did include lower scores, because when I was received by the service desk (not you) I felt like I was inconveniencing him. I would prefer going to the women at the service desk. My last visit was for the Oil consumption test.... but I have had an issue with the same gentleman when I brought my car in for oil change. He made me feel very inferior, in front of other customers stating that I had no oil in my car. I know better than that....I check my oil. So I try NOT to go to him for any servicing. But you are very busy in the morning, and I take the next available person to serve me. That event has since made me uncomfortable getting service at Palladino's.

The service I received from Ellis Boucher was unbelievable. He was amazing. Knew exactly what I was looking for. Very professional and very accommodating. Would buy from this chap again and will send him a lot of people. Thanks very much Ellis for your professionalism and class.

Jay seems to be a very productive salesman, very busy but always very courteous about it. We really appreciated how he took the time in giving us a good lesson on how everything works before we left with the vehicle. We will certainly recommend him to our friends and family members looking for a new vehicle.

We came in for the Honda trade in event, and it was awesome! This is our 4th vehicle with Palladino Honda and our sales guy Jayson Ball never disappoints! He's super accommodating and really cares about what we want and need in a vehicle. Another awesome experience at Palladino Honda!
