There has been a communication problem from the get go. The 2011 Toyota Venza I purchased was delivered without a headrest and has a stone chip in windshield. The chip should have been repaired I believe prior to delivery. Also the tailgate was not functioning and was to be repaired prior to delivery and was not. Now on my time I will be bringing it back to Toyota for the problem to be looked at on December 3rd. Haven't heard from Ellis regarding headrest. All in all not a great experience!!!

I dropped in to Honda on a Friday afternoon because I was no longer getting windshield fluid to spray on windshield. Even though it was 3 P.M. Dan went out to check my car and had it in the shop within 1/2 and hour. Also, my inside rear view mirror kept falling off and it was missing a clip so that was repaired along with the wind shield fluid hose being re-attached. I was out within the hour and they were quite busy. Thank you Dan for the courteous service.

Matt Dumontelle was able to get me to break my golden rule of never buying a car without sleeping on it. He was very respectful, and gave me space to make a decision I felt comfortable with.
