Great experience

We just bought a used crv from Rob and he was excellent. Down-to-earth, honest and no "hard sell". He explained everything well and answered all our questions. In fact, we specifically sought him out as our son had such a good experience buying his first car a few weeks ago through Rob.

I was initially looking at purchasing a used kia sorento and had contacted a few different dealerships that were selling them, Honda was one of them. I was also open to looking at other makes and models. Rob took the time to sit with me and look through your extensive list of used suv's to find some others that I could look at as well as the sorento that had initially brought me in. I at no time felt under pressure or that I was being pushed in a particular direction. Rob was knowledgeable and friendly and made me feel comfortable to take my time and ask lots of questions. I left that day and went and looked at some other dealerships but found I did not receive the same level of service that I did at Honda. Even though the specific vehicles that i was interested in ended up selling, I went back to your website to find something else that I could possibly buy because I liked the experience I had and how I was treated there compared to a couple of other places. I did end up buying a Honda CRV which I am very happy with so far.

Experiece at Pallidino Honda - November 2015

Pallidino Honda is a busy place and in major need of more parking space. The service department needs major help and someone that smiles more. I was in awe as they were lost. Thank goodness that Elis stepped up and helped me with my tires. The girls at the front desk were also very helpful. For a salesperson, Elis performed very well although very busy. I was pleased with his service. I recommend a little further restructuring in the sales office to ensure that the flow of traffic is better taken care of. Start with the service desk as I was very disappointed. That is the one place where you would want Clients to be pleased and return for additional work on their vehicles.

Purchase a used Honda Odyssey

The price was good, the interaction was pleasant, however when the vehicle was received, it was not as clean as expected, we were told we had to schedule a cleaning, but we really did expect that the interior cleaning would have been done at the time of pickup. The vehicle itself has been ok, except that the air conditioning failed within a year as well as the back wind shield wiper motor and the back door latching mechanism, the assisted steering had problems within two years.

Nick was amazing to deal with. He met with me several times and was very accommodating. He made the entire process simple for me and genuinely wanted me to be happy with my experience and my purchase.
