Outstanding performance

No pressure, no time limit and no frustration with my first purchase of a 2016 Honda Civic! I've never been treated with such respect in my entire life. And its not because I was buying a new car. It was because they were welcoming me into the Honda family, and they knew I was going to be taken care of properly from now on! The presentation on every car that I asked about was executed perfectly. From the benefits and features to how much it's actually going to cost me at the end of the day. As I went on my the test drives. Each feature was explain to me in great detail. I was looking at used when I first came there, but I agreed with my consultant about seeing what my options were. This was based on my personal and financial need. I'm glad I took his advice. I enjoyed not being rushed and reviewing my options. At no time did I feel like I was talking to a sales person. It was more like taking a friend along and discussing my options. I have to also mention the environment inside Honda. The staff was focused and talking about car related things, not personal gossip. Nobody was on their cell phones or playing on Facebook. I see this to much in business today! I would like to finish this off by saying thank you to Honda! They went over and beyond my expectations. Jay met with us to discuss trading in our current vehicle for a newer one. He was well versed on our vehicle history with Honda, had all relevant information ready upon our arrival and was friendly throughout. He joined us on the road test, offered information and examples during the ride and answered any / all questions. He arranged for us to speak with the used car manager, reviewed the offer with us and once the deal was made, arranged for us to meet with finance. He was present throughout the entire experience, was helpful and I would use him again in the future.
