I have just arrived in Sudbury from Nova Scotia and I was totally impressed with the service I received from Kara. She was professional, friendly and efficient. I will certainly will become a regular customer.

Rob was an amazing person. He made sure everything was perfect and I was in good hands :). He made me feel welcomed at Palladino Honda and he seemed very experienced . Friendly and efficient service when I purchased my Civic. Matt Battistoni helped me with sales and Marissa Holla was quick and efficient with the financial end. Matt even picked me up at home to bring me to the dealership when my car was ready. Great team at Palladino!

I had to deal with the shipping of the vehicle myself on a Friday while in a bank renewing my mortgage, had to call the driver myself only to find at 3:00pm he had not left Sudbury yet, my husband had been waiting in Barrie with the understanding the vehicle would arrive at 3:00pm at latest. Shipped to Barrie instead of Kitchener-paid $400.00 to have it shipped to Kitchener-no reimbursement offered by Palladino. Unable to reach a manager or salesman when needed. Tried to sell me very expensive extra warranty when in fact already greater then 100,000km extended warranty from manufacturer in place.

I have recently purchased a 2015 Honda Civic LX coupe from Palladino Honda in Sudbury. As a new car buyer, the experience can be quite overwhelming. This was my first experience purchasing a new vehicle so I wanted ensure my choice with Honda would be the right one for years to come. When I first walked into the Honda dealership, I felt very comfortable and respected. Rob Rouleau, sales associate, assisted me immediately and answered all the new car buyer questions I had. He took the time to sit down with me and thoroughly go through the vehicle itself, possible finance options, warranty, and the values of Honda as a company. He was honest, transparent, and professional throughout the entire process. My expectations of my first car buyer experience were definitely met. Marissa Holla, financial advisor was also terrific. She was extremely knowledge and kept in constant contact with me throughout the process of the finalizing of the paperwork.

Ellis is awesome. From the minute I met him I liked him. He took the time to explain all payment options and all options on the car. He treated me with respect and answered all my questions no matter how many I asked. We hit a couple snags along the way with the purchase of my car but Ellis was patient,understanding and tried to help. Always prompt to reply to my phone calls and messages. He even called me on his day off. I recommend Ellis to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. He is a definite asset to Palladino and it's obvious he loves his job.I couldn't have asked for better service and I will be back to buy my next Honda,hopefully also from Ellis. 10/10. Everyone else I encountered at Palladino was also very friendly and helpful. Overall great experience. Thanks again.
